Many books discuss the importance of self-awareness for leadership, management and a healthy life. But how do we become self-aware? And when we do, what should we do about it?
During this workshop, we will introduce the concept of tripartite self-awareness which (inter)connects our mind, emotions, and body. We will learn and apply a simple technique for keeping (or re-discovering) our tripartite self-awareness in daily life. The application of this technique during the workshop will deepen our own self-awareness and prepare us for the last part of the workshop about what to do when we become self-aware.
